I think I'm with Andy on this one. I don't know if I could stand to listen to the whole book if that's the voice Gibson uses (rather than a character voice for Case). That would leave me wanting to grind my ear buds into dust after about 30 mins I think.

Humbug.
I'm a very sore loser at Scrabble. Just ask my wife. For the sake of marital harmony, we don't play against each other anymore. I'm okay at losing to her in just about any other game but there's something about Scrabble...

@malach It's hard to compete with Amazon's recommendations but Booktopia can end up being cheaper for small orders. I recently bought "It's all too much" by Peter Walsh (well, twice actually - bought it and then bought another copy to give to my mother in law - we just haven't had the guts to give it to her yet) from there because it was cheaper than getting it shipped from the US.

Cool. I'll have to ask you about 4HWW when you've read it. I'm curious but not $30 with postage curious. I need to find someone in Canberra with a copy so I can scan it enough to see if it would be useful to me.
For books, have you visited Booktopia yet? It's got a wide range (although not all is locally stocked) and the postage is a total of $6.50 no matter how many books are in your order (which includes split deliveries due to time lag in getting stock). Prices are competitive for Australia as well.
